Leave MessageScrew-down bearings are mainly used in screw-down mechanisms of rolling mills. The kind of bearing has no cage. The entire raceway is full of tapered rollers. It features high axial loading capacity but its limiting speed is low. In order to improve its running performance, the bottom surface of the bearing's top ring is a concave spherical surface (TTSV00) or convex spherical surface (TTSX00).
